(Dan Tri Newspaper) - Colonel Tran Hong Minh, Deputy Director of the Tra Vinh Provincial Police, has been transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Police.
On the morning of March 10th, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security regarding personnel matters.
Accordingly, Colonel Tran Hong Minh, Deputy Director of the Tra Vinh Provincial Police, has been transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Police.

In his acceptance speech, Colonel Tran Hong Minh stated that this is a significant event in his professional life, marking a new turning point, a new challenge, but also a great opportunity for him to contribute even more to the cause of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety.
The new Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department pledged to make every effort, uphold a spirit of responsibility and efficiency, and work together with the leadership, officers, and soldiers of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Colonel Tran Hong Minh was born in 1976 in Cu Chi District. Before becoming Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Police, he held the positions of Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department, Head of the District 3 Police, and was then appointed Deputy Director of the Tra Vinh Provincial Police.
With the appointment of Colonel Tran Hong Minh, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department now has 7 Deputy Directors. The remaining officers include: Major General Mai Hoang, Major General Tran Duc Tai, Major General Nguyen Thanh Huong, Colonel Nguyen Dinh Duong, and Colonel Le Quang Dao.
