On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense , General Nguyen Tan Cuong commended and highly appreciated the continuous efforts and important achievements that Metfone and MB Cambodia have achieved, especially the continuous promotion of the good nature of Uncle Ho's soldiers, the glorious tradition of the Vietnam People's Army, solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, self-reliance, overcoming difficulties, and cultivating and building a prestigious brand in the foreign market.
General Nguyen Tan Cuong highly appreciated the important contributions of Metfone and MB Cambodia to the socio -economic development of Cambodia; the spirit of promoting corporate social responsibility, as well as practical activities contributing to tightening the friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Cambodia.

To continue the achievements in recent years, continue to affirm the prestige and position of Metfone and MB Cambodia, General Nguyen Tan Cuong suggested that in the coming time, the two units need to continue to maintain the spirit of solidarity and unity between cadres, workers and employees, both Cambodian and Vietnamese; each Vietnamese cadre and employee in particular must act as a foreign affairs officer, representing the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers.

Continuously focus on training and fostering a team of human resources with intelligence, strong political will, and the ability to research, apply and master science and technology; care about the lives of cadres and employees to promote human resources, creating a premise for sustainable growth and development.
Business activities must be closely combined with economic diplomacy and defense diplomacy; constantly strive to excellently perform assigned tasks, while being deeply aware of the responsibility to be a bridge for cooperation between the Ministry of Defense and the Governments of the two countries.

Along with that, Metfone and MB Cambodia must regularly review their business strategies to quickly adapt to the new situation; continue to implement social security programs, contribute more to the community; continue to closely cooperate and coordinate well with units and enterprises of the Vietnamese Army in Cambodia to spread corporate cultural values; respect the law and create trust with the Government, Army and people of Cambodia.
