In the "Leaders of Change" Club, DTV is specifically defined as follows:

- Number of people: About 1-2 people/club.

For clubs in schools: DTV can be teachers in charge, school counselors/psychologists, or enthusiastic subject teachers who want to create change in students and schools.

For community clubs: DTV is the head of the women's association or the Secretary of the Youth Union or a teacher/officer working with children, a prestigious and capable person in the village/hamlet/hamlet...

- Criteria for selecting a DTV: A DTV must be a prestigious and capable person in the community or in the school, usually a teacher/general manager, Youth Union officer, or Women's Union officer, etc., who is enthusiastic and volunteers to become a DTV to lead and support children in implementing activities at the Club at school or in the community; has basic knowledge and skills on gender equality as well as working with children.

- Roles and responsibilities of DTV:

+ Support the Club Executive Committee in planning and organizing the implementation of Club activities.

+ Support and enhance understanding for club members about gender equality and child protection in all activities at school or in the community.

+ Encourage girls to participate more in club activities and activities carried out in schools or in villages and communes.

+ Directly take charge of club activities by actively participating in organizing activities and monitoring the progress and quality of activities, especially in receiving and processing information related to gender-based violence.

+ Participate in the process of managing club activities.

+ Responsible for orienting the content and topics of activities.

+ Support for activities: methods and implementation.

+ Connect local agencies, organizations and unions to support resolving children's concerns.

+ Build relationships with relevant organizations to support operations and replicate effective club models.

+ Attract, mobilize and manage financial resources to support the club's activities (if any).

In the initial stage, the DTV is the one who trains and guides the knowledge and skills of the Club Management Board (BCN) and Club members; after the Club Management Board has the capacity to carry out activities on its own, the DTV will be the one who supervises and supports the Club's activities.
