The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc guides the organization of Party cell congresses

Comrade Nghiem Xuan Tuan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, noted the need to carefully prepare for the organization of congresses of Party cells under the grassroots Party Committee for the 2025-2027 term.

At the conference on the morning of November 13, the leaders of the Party Organization Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc informed and disseminated to 450 specialized cadres of the Party Committee of the Bloc, Party cell secretaries under the Party Committees of the units, and grassroots Party Committees the core contents of Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Delegates also listened to the dissemination of Instruction No. 27-HD/BTCTW dated August 26, 2024 of the Central Organizing Committee; Plan No. 133-KH/DUK dated July 29, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on organizing grassroots Party Congresses towards the 10th Party Congress of the Bloc, term 2025-2030.

According to the plan, Party cells under the Party Committees of departments and grassroots Party Committees will organize congresses in half a day, starting from January 2025, to be completed before March 31, 2025. Party Committees of departments will organize in no more than 1 day, to be completed before the grassroots Party Committees organize congresses. Grassroots level will organize congresses of delegates or grassroots Party members in no more than 2 days, starting from April 2025, to be completed before June 30, 2025.
