Outstanding young party member Huynh Tran Thanh Liem

As a production manager in the Sanding Line area of the MDF Factory, Mr. Liem always upholds the spirit of exemplary, dedicated and progressive. In 2024, his initiative "Installing 5910 exhaust fan inverter - Sanding Line" was recognized at the grassroots level, helping to save more than 1 billion VND in electricity bills each year for the company.

Sharing about this initiative, Mr. Liem confided: “Having worked for a long time in the production area, I have noticed that many devices still run at high capacity even though they are not actually needed. Every hour the machine is running is an hour of wasted electricity. I always wondered if I knew how to take advantage of technology and make reasonable adjustments, I could save a lot of costs for the factory. From that thought, I boldly researched and tested installing frequency converters for the exhaust fan system to reduce consumption while still ensuring efficiency.”

This initiative not only brings high economic efficiency but also affirms the creative spirit, daring to think and dare to do of young party members. He and his colleagues continue to improve the process, reduce energy consumption, contributing to building a green, economical and sustainable production environment.

In his role as Secretary of the Youth Union, Mr. Liem is the one who "ignites" the youth movement. He not only initiates but also directly accompanies and guides members in researching techniques, writing initiatives, participating in the "Creative Youth" movement with more than 50 improvement ideas each year, improving productivity and product quality. He and the Executive Committee of the Youth Union maintain the youth volunteer movement, Green Sunday, July gratitude, mobilize voluntary blood donation, visit policy families, give gifts to poor students, support people in disaster areas... These persistent actions have fostered the image of a dynamic, compassionate and community-oriented youth union member.

For Mr. Liem, the title of “outstanding young party member” is not only a recognition but also a motivation to continue to contribute. He always clearly identifies his pioneering role as a bridge between the Party organization and young workers, and is the one who inspires the spirit of “wherever needed, there is youth, where there is difficulty, there is youth” in every activity of the company. He often shares with union members: “As a young party member, first of all, you must live responsibly, set an example and dare to innovate. Because the collective only believes in you when you truly commit.”

It is this dedication, creativity and humility that has helped Huynh Tran Thanh Liem become one of the typical young party members who learn and follow Uncle Ho's example through concrete actions, contributing to spreading the spirit of innovation, creativity and humanity among the young generation of workers of MDF Wood Joint Stock Company VRG Kien Giang . He is a living proof of the image of a young party member in the new era, steadfast in expertise, courageous in action and devoted to the collective.
