In the 57th minute, Bellingham launched a quick counter-attack by passing to Marcus Rashford on the left wing. The Man Utd striker turned inside before finishing accurately, scoring the second goal for the home team.
In the 77th minute, Marc Guehi made a long pass to Harry Kane, who skillfully managed to eliminate two Italian defenders. The England captain defeated Donnarumma for the second time. This was also the final goal of the match.
England won 3-1 and qualified for EURO 2024. They have 16 points after 6 matches, with 2 matches left. Ukraine is second with 13 points but only has one match left.
Italy have 10 points from six games. The reigning EURO champions must win their remaining two matches against direct rivals North Macedonia and Ukraine.
