List of 142 10th grade exam locations in Ho Chi Minh City

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training has announced 142 10th grade exam sites for the 2025-2026 school year for the exam session on June 6-7.

Grade 9 students are preparing for grade 10 exams next week.

With 76,435 candidates registering for the 10th grade exam in the 2025-2026 school year, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training has planned 142 exam sites, including 132 regular 10th grade exam sites and 10 specialized 10th grade exam sites.

At the same time, the Department of Education and Training also mobilized 13,272 teachers as invigilators and 2,070 staff, security guards, police... to work at the exam sites.

The 10th grade entrance exam in Ho Chi Minh City will take place on June 6 and 7. Candidates will take three subjects: literature, math and foreign language. The time limit for literature and math is 120 minutes each; the time limit for foreign language is 90 minutes. Candidates taking the specialized/integrated exam will take an additional specialized/integrated exam, with a time limit of 150 minutes.

According to the Department of Education and Training, the department will coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh City Police to ensure absolute security and safety for exams from the stage of creating and printing 10th grade exam questions; strengthen the protection of exam sites/examination councils, printing and grading exam questions; and participate in escorting and protecting exam questions and papers in accordance with approved regulations and plans.

At the same time, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department regularly monitors, grasps and coordinates to promptly handle (if any) information related to exams and primary school enrollment in the city on cyberspace.

In addition, the Department of Education and Training requested the People's Committee of Thu Duc City and districts to direct departments, offices, affiliated units and local authorities to implement measures to create favorable conditions and actively support the organization of exams in the area, ensuring safety, seriousness and efficiency.

Arrange functional forces to coordinate with local police to maintain order, regulate traffic and manage security in areas surrounding the exam site.

Develop a plan to regulate and guide the movement and pick-up of parents before and after each exam session. Absolutely do not allow crowds to gather in front of the exam site gate and around the exam site area to ensure security and order and prevent unsafe situations.

Direct local medical units to prepare medical support plans when necessary; arrange medical staff to be on duty at examination sites to promptly handle situations related to the health of candidates and staff working on the 10th grade exam.
