List of 176 commune-level civil servants mobilized to support mountainous communes

The Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2623/QD-UBND dated July 31, 2025 on the transfer of civil servants of communes and wards in the province.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to transfer 176 civil servants from the People's Committees of communes and wards with surplus civil servants to work at the People's Committees of communes with shortage of civil servants in the province. The assignment period is 3 years, starting from August 1, 2025.

At the end of the transfer period, civil servants are assigned to return to the commune or ward where they were transferred (except in cases where civil servants wish to continue working or are assigned another position by a competent authority).

Policies for mobilized civil servants are implemented according to the provisions of law; they enjoy support policies according to the regulations of the Provincial People's Council.

The People's Committees of communes where civil servants are transferred are responsible for arranging, assigning work, and managing and using civil servants in accordance with current legal regulations; preparing necessary conditions for civil servants to perform their duties; creating conditions, contacting and arranging accommodation for civil servants transferred to work in the locality.
