Opening of the 2025 Quang Ninh Provincial Civil Service Recruitment Exam

On the morning of November 19, the Quang Ninh Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment Council opened the 2025 Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment Exam. Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Vu Van Dien, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment Council in 2025.

The 2025 civil servant recruitment exam is the first exam after Quang Ninh province implemented the 2-level local government model and is also the first time the province has organized the selection of civil servants to work at the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones.

Compared to recent civil service recruitment rounds, this civil service recruitment round has many targets (round 1 has 215 targets). This is also the exam with the most candidates with 1,176 candidates, from 15 departments, branches and 48 communes and wards. Of which, 37 candidates are high-quality human resources according to Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP (dated December 31, 2024) of the Government .

Round 1 of the first phase of the 2025 civil service entrance exam will take place over 4 days from November 19-22, 2025. Candidates will participate in 2 multiple-choice tests on computers including: Foreign Language and General Knowledge.

After finishing the exam time for Foreign Language and General Knowledge, candidates will know the results immediately, and if they answer correctly 50% or more of the questions of each exam subject, they will be eligible to participate in the second round of the written exam for the Professional Subject, lasting 180 minutes (expected to be held on November 28, 2025).

In order for the exam to take place safely, seriously, in accordance with the rules and regulations, openly, transparently and to ensure the set goals, Comrade Vu Van Dien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested the members of the Examination Council to properly perform their assigned duties and tasks; closely coordinate with functional units to ensure security and order, logistics and necessary conditions, creating the best conditions for candidates. Candidates participating in the exam should be calm, confident, seriously implement the rules and regulations and complete the exam with the highest results.
