Promoting digital transformation for people to benefit

On October 24, Thuan An ward (HCMC) organized a dialogue conference between the government and the people, focusing on evaluating the results of implementing the 2-level local government model.

At the conference, people expressed their concern about the advantages and difficulties in implementing Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee. Many opinions assessed this as an important step, contributing to streamlining the apparatus, improving the quality of service to the people and opening up new development space for the locality.

People appreciate local efforts in the initial phase of implementing the two-level local government model.

People also recommended that the locality continue to pay attention to environmental sanitation, traffic safety, policies for neighborhood officials and improve the efficiency of community digital technology teams, ensuring practical benefits for people in the digital transformation process.

People want local leaders to pay more attention to social security work.

Ward Party Secretary Tran Thi Diem Trinh requested the Ward People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with departments and organizations to promptly synthesize, classify and promptly handle opinions, including those that have been explained on the spot and those that need further research and resolution.

The ward leaders affirmed that they will continue to implement many solutions to improve the effectiveness of the two-level government model, focusing on social security work, urban beautification, and promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations according to the motto: "Listen to people - Speak so people understand - Do so people trust".
