Xuan Dinh ward leaders dialogue with people

On October 24, the Party Committee of Xuan Dinh Ward (Hanoi) organized a conference to meet and have a direct dialogue between the Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council and Chairman of the People's Committee of the ward with the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people in the ward in 2025.

At the conference, the ward received opinions and recommendations from party members, union members, association members and people, focusing on 6 main groups of contents: Urban management - technical infrastructure (issues of roads, alleys, drainage, cultural houses, house numbering, environmental sanitation); traffic - urban order (parking issues, vehicle parking permits, encroachment on roads and sidewalks); management of apartment buildings and urban areas (responsibilities of management boards, investors and quality of infrastructure operation); management and use of public assets; collection of party fees and application of Party financial management software; implementation after recommendations.

The issues raised by the people have been discussed by the leaders of Xuan Dinh ward, who have committed to directing the handling of issues within their authority; at the same time, they have received, synthesized and reported to superiors on issues beyond their authority for timely consideration and resolution in accordance with regulations.

Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Xuan Dinh Ward Nguyen Tien Thanh emphasized that organizing dialogue conferences is one of the forms of promoting direct democracy, clearly demonstrating the role and responsibility of the heads of Party committees and authorities in listening, dialogue, and absorbing opinions of the Fatherland Front, socio- political organizations and the people.

According to the Ward Party Secretary, the conference grasped the people's thoughts, aspirations, opinions and recommendations; directed and resolved legitimate and pressing issues right from the grassroots level; promoted people's mastery, strengthened the close relationship between the Party, government and people; enhanced the leaders' responsibility to serve the people, and strengthened people's trust in the grassroots political system...

“The dedicated and practical opinions at the dialogue conference are an important basis for the Xuan Dinh ward government to build realistic and feasible directions and solutions, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Xuan Dinh Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030, striving to build Xuan Dinh ward into a smart and model urban area”, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh emphasized.
