- On the morning of October 25, the Department of Education and Training coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and Lang Son Provincial Police to launch the campaign "Not alone - Together online safety" for managers, teachers, staff and students in the whole province. The program was organized online at the main bridge point of Viet Bac High School, connecting with dozens of bridges at schools in the province, attracting nearly 3,000 students to participate.

Faced with the increasingly complex situation of fraud and property appropriation on the internet with many sophisticated tricks, the campaign "Not alone - Together online safety" was deployed to widely propagate to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life, especially teenagers, students. The campaign aims to raise awareness, equip skills to identify and be vigilant against online fraud; contribute to building a safe, healthy, united and civilized online environment in the province.

During the program, the students were informed by the officers of the Department of Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention, Provincial Police about the methods and tricks of fraud of various types of crimes in cyberspace such as: impersonating authorities, taking over social network accounts, impersonating relatives to borrow money, or enticing to invest online; guided on skills to identify, handle situations, and secure personal information when participating in the online environment. The students also exchanged and discussed common real-life situations when using social networks, thereby forming the habit of using the Internet safely and responsibly.
