The Women's Union of Dliê Ya commune was established on the basis of merging the Women's Unions of Dliê Ya, Ea Tân and Ea Toh communes. The Union currently has 6,200 members; 57 village and hamlet branches, and 201 women's groups.
In the past term, the Commune Women's Union has affirmed its important role and position in all areas of social life; movements and activities have increasingly gone into depth, meeting the practical interests of women, contributing to the effective implementation of local political tasks. 8/8 targets have been achieved and exceeded compared to the Resolution of the Congress of the previous term.

Activities to support women in economic development, sustainable poverty reduction, and entrepreneurship are also focused. During the term, the Association helped 818 households borrow capital from the Social Policy Bank with a total outstanding loan of over 44 billion VND; the Fund to support poor women in economic development is over 2.5 billion VND.

The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union to appoint the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Dlie Ya commune for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 31 members; of which the Standing Committee has 9 members; appointed 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Dak Lak Provincial Women's Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Ms. Doan Thi Tuyet was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Commune Women's Union, term 2025 - 2030.
On this occasion, the Commune Women's Union coordinated with benefactors to present 13 gifts (worth 1 million VND/gift) to female members in difficult circumstances.
