The Women's Union of Dliê Ya commune was established by merging the Women's Unions of Dliê Ya, Ea Tân, and Ea Toh communes. The Union currently has 6,200 members; 57 village/hamlet branches, and 201 women's groups.
During the past term, the Women's Union of the commune has affirmed its important role and position in all areas of social life; movements and activities have become increasingly in-depth, meeting the practical interests of women and contributing to the effective implementation of the local political tasks. Eight out of eight targets were met or exceeded compared to the Resolution of the previous Congress.

Activities supporting women's economic development, sustainable poverty reduction, and entrepreneurship were also emphasized. During the term, the Association helped 818 households access loans from the Social Policy Bank with a total outstanding balance of over 44 billion VND; and provided over 2.5 billion VND in support funds for poor women's economic development.

With the motto "Unity - Creativity - Aspiration - Development," for the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Dliê Ya commune is determined to continue to uphold the revolutionary traditions of its homeland, build an effective organization that adapts flexibly to the new context; and promote the self-reliance, innovative spirit, creativity, and aspiration for advancement of its female members.
Annually, the organization supports 5 women in starting businesses; helps 9 near-poor and disadvantaged households headed by women to find stable employment; coordinates training, vocational education, counseling, and job placement for 100 or more workers; implements at least 1 project/task; and attracts over 60% of women aged 18 and over to join the organization…

Delivering a guiding speech at the congress, Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union Vo Thi Ngoc acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Dliê Ya Commune Women's Union in the past period; and at the same time requested that the Commune Women's Union continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity, closely adhere to the local political tasks, innovate the content and methods of operation, and focus strongly on the grassroots; actively participate in socio-economic development, building new rural areas and cultural life in residential areas; support women to participate more deeply in the value chains of key agricultural products of the province; support ethnic minority women in developing family economies, eradicating hunger and poverty associated with preserving and promoting cultural identity ; and build a team of cadres with political acumen, mass mobilization skills, and digital capacity ...

The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union appointing the Executive Committee of the Dliê Ya Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 31 members; of which, the Standing Committee has 9 members; and appointing 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the First Congress of the Dak Lak Provincial Women's Union, 2025-2030 term. Ms. Doan Thi Tuyet was appointed to the position of President of the Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.
On this occasion, the Women's Union of the commune, in coordination with benefactors, presented 13 gifts (worth 1 million VND each) to female members in difficult circumstances.
