Mr. Ly Go Xe - Vice Chairman of Mu Ca Commune People's Committee shared: "In order for emulation movements to spread widely, the commune develops plans and organizes the implementation of documents from higher levels. At the same time, promote propaganda work through the commune and village loudspeaker system, at conferences, people's meetings, party cell activities, hanging banners, slogans... with concise and easy-to-understand content. Direct commune associations and unions to launch emulation movements, typically: "Good production and business"; "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas"; "Good people - good deeds"...
Responding to the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", the commune has developed a plan, concretized it into practical action programs, assigned responsibilities to commune officials and civil servants to coordinate in promoting the role and significance of the campaign to union members, association members and people. In recent years, the people of Mu Ca commune have donated over 1,500m2 of land, mobilized nearly 20,000 workers to build concrete roads within the village, village axes, canal systems, irrigation systems, etc. Thereby, 9/9 villages have invested in building cultural houses; village axes, inter-village roads, and alleys have been hardened over 80%; over 23km of irrigation systems have been hardened (reaching 98.7%). Up to now, the commune has achieved 13/19 new rural criteria. In particular, the people have enthusiastically joined forces to patrol the border, firmly maintaining national border sovereignty ; Take proactive measures to protect the environment, build bright - green - clean - beautiful roads.

Thanks to the contribution of officers of Mu Ca Border Post, people in the commune proactively converted to new rice varieties with high productivity.

The Party Committee and the government of Mu Ca commune have focused on and proposed many solutions to promote the emulation movement of labor production and increase income for people. In particular, they have focused on propagating and mobilizing people to change the structure of crops and livestock towards commodity production. Coordinate with specialized agencies to organize training courses on transferring science and technology; build effective economic models, gradually introduce mechanization into agricultural production, and provide vocational training for rural workers. Direct mass organizations to create conditions for households to access preferential capital sources to invest in economic development. Currently, in the commune, there are 384 households that have received loans to develop production with a total outstanding debt of more than 20 billion VND; 20 households are good at production and business at all levels.
Every year, the people in the commune cultivate nearly 200 hectares of rice, more than 100 hectares of corn and 25 hectares of various vegetables. In addition, they take care of more than 4,800 cattle and 5,300 poultry of various kinds. From farming and raising livestock, many families have high incomes, contributing to creating a vibrant and widespread working atmosphere.
Patriotic emulation is also clearly demonstrated in schools, medical stations, and border posts located in the area, thereby creating a foundation for Mu Ca to make strong changes. Excited about the changes in his hometown, Mr. Po Ga Hu (Mu Ca village) shared: “With the attention of all levels, in recent years, the village has invested in cultural houses and roads, making it easier to travel. I, like other households in the village, invest in farming and raising livestock to increase income and improve our lives. We always raise awareness of maintaining public hygiene, moving barns away from houses, tidying up houses, and regularly cleaning the village environment to be clean and beautiful.”
The material and spiritual life of the people of Mu Ca commune has been significantly improved. Currently, the average income per capita of the commune has reached 33 million VND; the poverty rate has decreased by 5%. The rural appearance is increasingly prosperous with many well-invested roads stretching to the village alleys, making travel convenient. More and more solid houses are being built. The political security situation and social order and safety in the border area are maintained, the political system is consolidated and strong. People practice a new lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals. The commune has over 85% of households, 6/8 villages, 100% of units and schools achieving the title of culture.
