With the theme “Social Insurance - Peace of mind for every family”, this year’s communication messages emphasize the role of social security pillars of social insurance and health insurance; affirming the practical companionship of social security policies in people’s lives, especially for freelance workers.

Communication focuses on practical content

The propaganda content will focus on introducing new contents of the 2024 Social Insurance Law, especially on the rights, benefits and responsibilities of participants, agencies, organizations and enterprises; regulations on handling late payment and evasion of social insurance; the necessity, meaning, role, benefits and humanity of social insurance regimes, including the objectives and meanings of the occupational accident and disease regime.

The role, benefits, and humanity of the voluntary social insurance policy; the meaning and value of receiving monthly pensions and receiving free health insurance cards during the pension period; the disadvantages when employees choose to receive social insurance at one time and leave the social security net.

Propagating and spreading positive results in implementing social insurance policies when Party committees and authorities strongly participate in leading and directing the implementation of social security policies in the area; responsibilities, significance, and results of financial support from local budgets for voluntary social insurance participants.

Advanced typical examples, good people, good deeds; real characters, beneficiaries of social insurance policies thereby spreading humanity and benefits of participation.

Propagating warnings and deterrence against violations and abuses aimed at profiting from the Social Insurance Fund; impersonation and forgery tricks aimed at defrauding Social Insurance participants; Propagating and mobilizing organizations, units, businesses and individuals to donate Social Insurance books to people in difficult circumstances.

Various forms of propaganda, answers and consultation

Under the direction of Vietnam Social Security, affiliated units and local Social Security will synchronously deploy many forms of communication such as:

Visual propaganda: Organize the hanging of banners, slogans, pennants, etc. at the conference venue, the Launch Ceremony, some main roads and streets of the city, town, and township where there are many people passing by from May 6, 2025 to May 21, 2025.

Propaganda, response, consultation on media throughout the system; on the Internet and social networks.

Organizing the launching ceremony to respond to the Month of mobilizing and implementing social insurance for all people - Propagating and mobilizing people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance. Time: 2nd-3rd week of May 2025.

Organizing conferences to propagate, dialogue, consult, and answer policies; propagating, supporting, consulting, and answering social insurance policies through the Call Center system 19009068 of Vietnam Social Security; Hotline system of social insurance in regions/social insurance in provinces and centrally-run cities;….

Propagating, answering and consulting directly at the Department of Receiving and Returning Administrative Procedure Results of Social Insurance Agencies at all levels; Public Administration Centers of People's Committees of provinces and cities; and Employment Service Centers.

Propaganda, answers, and consultation are integrated with activities organized on the occasion of Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in the locality, combined with distribution of propaganda products (leaflets, brochures, etc.).

Organize consulting and answering booths, social security booths, and mobile propaganda booths to promote the meaning, value, and benefits of social insurance policies for stabilizing people's lives.

Propaganda through mass media, grassroots loudspeakers; through policy propaganda products.

Social insurance agencies of regions, provinces and cities proactively edit and produce propaganda products such as: leaflets, brochures, radio/television skits, etc. to promote social insurance policies. Focus on producing and using digital media and multimedia communication forms such as: motion graphics, infographics, video clips, short reports, skits, QR codes, etc. on mobile applications and social networking platforms.

Along with that, select, deploy, and replicate effective communication models and initiatives to mobilize people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance.

Vietnam Social Security assigns the Propaganda and Participant Support Board to be the focal point to urge and guide regional Social Security agencies, provincial and centrally-run cities to implement propaganda, answering and consulting work to ensure flexibility and suitability to local conditions./.
