When the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses was strongly and widely implemented and became a movement, spreading to the villages, people united and supported each other, from contributing working days, supporting materials, funding to necessities such as food, food, and water. Not only the people in the village but also the commune mobilized all cadres to join hands to help and speed up the progress. It is known that the whole commune has 40 temporary and dilapidated houses, so far 38 have been completed, and 2 houses are implementing the remaining items, striving by May 31, the commune will complete the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area.

Mr. Chang A Quay (Den Thang village) said: Thanks to the support of the villagers and commune officials in terms of labor, working days, and introduction of reputable and cheap material dealers, the construction of my new house was faster and without difficulty. In just nearly 3 weeks, everything was completed. Thanks to that, I have a new house to live in, which motivates me to escape poverty.

Nam Cha commune has 7 villages, home to the Lu, Dao, Mong ethnic groups. Previously, due to difficult life, low education level, inconvenient transportation, people relied on and relied on others, some followed bad guys to violate the law, on holidays and Tet, they only drank and gambled, rarely participated in cultural and sports activities, making life even poorer. To build a civilized life, in addition to advising and proposing to the district to invest in infrastructure construction, the commune regularly sent cadres to the villages to encourage people to change their lifestyle, give up bad habits, and preserve the good. Especially in poverty reduction, there were good and creative ways to do things, build specific models, unite, and help each other to get rich together. The commune also coordinated with the district's Department of Culture and Information to restore and maintain traditional features, establish a village art troupe, and organize ethnic cultural and sports events. In addition, spread meaningful work, promote the responsibility of setting an example for the community to follow.

Cultural life has gradually improved, reflected in the way of thinking and working of the people. People agree, help each other in all tasks, are willing to support capital, breeds, share experiences when necessary, from which models have emerged that the whole village works together such as: raising bamboo rats, porcupines, planting cassava, rubber trees, contributing to reducing the poverty rate of the commune by 41.7% by the end of 2024, with average income per capita reaching 35 million VND.

In building new rural areas, not only do people contribute labor and donate land, but for each criterion, people have specific ways of doing it. For example, the environmental criterion is that once or twice a week, people work together to clean village roads and alleys, treat waste, black spots causing pollution, plant flowers and trees along the village roads and boat docks. Villagers do not let livestock roam freely, and regularly clean barns...

The ancient writing of the Dao people in Nam Cha village (Nam Cha commune) has been passed down through many generations.

Traditional culture is preserved, community activity points are built by local people, and additional equipment is provided. And this also becomes a gathering place for local people to exchange, share, and propose solutions to develop the village. Local people also take advantage of the cultural house yard to play sports, teach each other dances and songs, and improve their spiritual life. In addition, local people always obey the law, have a healthy lifestyle, actively fight against and prevent crime, eliminate bad customs, and build a new life.

In agencies and units, cultural traits are reflected in the way they work and meet with citizens. When meeting with citizens, cadres are always open, polite, quickly and accurately resolve work, promptly listen to people's thoughts and aspirations to have the right measures. Each office has a nameplate, badge, cadre and civil servant card, and during working hours there is no smoking or drinking. Especially when merging communes, many cadres proactively wrote resignation letters, giving opportunities to the younger generation to contribute. In addition, the cadres and party members are pioneers, exemplary, and complete their assigned tasks well.

Mr. Chang A Thong - Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee said: By the end of 2024, the whole commune will have 7/7 villages, 580/720 households, and 100% of units achieving the cultural title. In the coming time, the commune will deploy more methods, and at the same time, commend good deeds and advanced individuals so that cultural life is like the "blood" flowing in the hearts of the people.
