Planted more than 7.7 million new trees

According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, implementing Uncle Ho's teachings on Tet tree planting and the Government 's project "Planting 1 billion trees in the period of 2021-2025", by May 2025, the province had planted nearly 7.7 million trees, exceeding the plan by 35%. Of which, nearly 1.7 million trees were planted in forests and nearly 6 million scattered trees.

In 2025 alone, the province strives to plant 2,852 scattered trees and more than 685 hectares of planted forests to complete the target of 44.5% green tree coverage and 14% forest cover in 2025.

At the launching ceremony, provincial leaders and forces from departments, branches and localities planted 120 rosewood and rosewood trees in the area of ​​Long My Primary School.
