Proposal to hand over the entire Eastern bypass road of Buon Ma Thuot City before May 15

The Ministry of Construction requested the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee to continue to support and direct relevant departments, branches and localities to mobilize the entire political system to focus on removing difficulties and obstacles, promptly completing related procedures, and handing over the entire site before May 15, 2025. At the same time, continue to propagate and mobilize households to agree, support, and promptly hand over the site to the investor to implement the project.

Starting point of the Eastern bypass of Buon Ma Thuot City, section passing through Cuor Dang commune, Cu M'gar district.

According to the investor's report, the project implementation process is still stuck with site clearance at some locations, affecting the construction progress: T20 power pole at Km32+600 has not been relocated; local site clearance is stuck at some locations of the drainage canal section through Krong Pac and Cu Kuin districts, some households in the section through Buon Ma Thuot city have not yet handed over the site... As of the end of April 2025, the cumulative disbursement value reached 1,406.734/1,841.094 billion VND (76.4% of the total allocated capital).

It is known that the project is invested by the Dak Lak Province Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Transport Works and Rural Development; with a total length of more than 39 km, total investment of more than 1,841 billion VND.
