With this model, Phu Loc is a dynamic locality in implementing the movement "Farmers produce, trade, consume quality and safe agricultural products and food" in the city.

In Loc Vinh commune, Xuan Anh seafood processing facility is one of the famous brands, always putting food safety first. The owner of the facility is Ms. Vo Thi Nhung Xuan, a farmer member who is always passionate about the traditional fish sauce making profession. To ensure product quality, Ms. Xuan selects fresh fish from near-shore fishing boats, without using preservatives. The production process follows traditional methods, from salting, fermenting to extracting fish sauce, all are done carefully and meticulously. Thanks to that, the fish sauce and fish sauce products of Xuan Anh facility have a rich flavor, natural color and ensure food safety.

This is the first model to support farmers in building and establishing a product consumption facility with the criteria of a safe agricultural product store.

The model of a store introducing and linking the consumption of products in Phu Loc district is considered a highlight in the activities of the association and the movement of farmers producing and trading, consuming quality and safe agricultural products and food. Based on the effective operation of this store, the Farmers' Association of Phu Loc district continues to coordinate with other sectors and organizations in the area to open more similar stores in Lang Co town, aiming to introduce typical specialty products for tourism .

According to Mr. Nguyen Thai Ha, the association also promotes and guides farmers, small food businesses and families, and members to register for a commitment to safe food production and trading. To date, more than 8,000 households have registered to participate and been certified for safe food production and trading, creating momentum for sustainable local development.
