The entrance exam for grade 10 of Nam Dinh province for the 2025-2026 school year will take place on June 3 and 4. Candidates must complete three exams: math, literature and foreign language.
For foreign languages, candidates can choose one of the following subjects: English, Russian or French.

The entire Nam Dinh province will have 47 examination councils with a total of 23,196 candidates registering for the 10th grade high school entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year.
Of these, 1,517 candidates took the entrance exam to Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted, 21,679 students registered to take the entrance exam to 45 public high schools and 2 non-public schools (Thien Truong High School, Quang Trung High School).
Based on the list of qualified candidates, the Admissions Council of each school will take the admission scores from high to low until the assigned quota is met or the source of qualified candidates is exhausted.
In case of considering the final quota, there are many candidates with the same admission score, the admission will continue to be considered as follows:
If the total number of admitted candidates and candidates with equal admission scores does not exceed 2.0% of the assigned quota, all of these candidates will be admitted.
If the total number of candidates who have passed the entrance exam and candidates with the same entrance exam score exceeds 2.0% of the assigned quota, these candidates will be considered in order of priority to ensure the correct assigned quota according to the regulations in Decision No. 522/QD-UBND of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee.
