The Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong has just proposed investment policies for 13 public investment projects using the provincial budget. Of these, there are 5 projects in the field of transportation, 1 project for headquarters construction, 2 projects in information technology, radio and television, 2 projects in the field of health, 1 project in the field of culture, and 2 projects in the field of education .
The projects have been appraised and approved by the Council for Appraisal of Investment Policy for Public Investment Projects and Works managed by the provincial level.
Specifically, the proposed investment projects in the transport sector include: National Highway 37 bypass through Gia Loc town; Cam Giang town belt road and National Highway 38 with Cam Dien-Luong Dien industrial park; traffic route connecting National Highway 17B with Dinh bridge (Kinh Mon); Belt Road I from Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue to Dai An industrial park expansion; renovation and upgrading of Provincial Road 393 (Thanh Mien). These transport projects have a total estimated investment of more than VND 2,200 billion. The project to build the headquarters of the Forest Management Board has a budget of VND 17.2 billion. The project in the field of information technology, radio and television includes: upgrading radio and television equipment; applying information technology in the activities of Party agencies in 2024-2025 with a total investment of nearly VND 53 billion. The health sector has projects: building new housing blocks at the Provincial General Hospital; Construction and upgrading of wastewater systems at the Mental Hospital and 4 District Medical Centers with a total investment of nearly 791 billion VND. The cultural project is to renovate Mam Xoi mountain and the lake north of Kiep Bac temple (Chi Linh) with a total investment of 193 billion VND. The education sector has projects : construction of 3 high schools: Ha Dong (Thanh Ha), Cam Giang 2, Kim Thanh; Provincial Center for Training Gifted Students with a total investment of nearly 123 billion VND...
