Dell Technologies Appoints New President for Asia-Pacific and Japan

Dell Technologies announced the appointment of Peter Marrs as President, Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ).

In his new role, Mr. Marrs will lead and drive the growth and development of Dell’s technology portfolio across the region. He is responsible for driving Dell’s business strategy and operations in Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, Mr. Marrs will report directly to John Byrne, President, Global Sales and Dell Technologies Select.

Peter Marrs has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, with 23 years at Dell. He has held senior management positions at both the regional and global levels in both the consumer and enterprise segments. He joined Dell Technologies in 2000 in the enterprise product development division and has spent over 10 years in leadership positions in the APJ region.

With over a decade of experience working at APJ, Peter has a deep understanding of Dell’s customers and partners in the region. With Peter’s outstanding track record, I am confident that he will help shape Dell’s future in APJ,” said Byrne.
