Behind that development is the leadership role of the Company's Party Committee - the "conductor" in implementing the strategy, spreading the spirit of solidarity, creativity and aspiration to reach far.

Strength from challenges

The 2020 - 2025 term started in unprecedentedly difficult circumstances: the COVID-19 pandemic, disruptions in the global supply chain, and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine caused strong fluctuations in input material prices. However, under the strong and flexible direction of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the Company, Hue Textile and Garment not only stood firm but also made a spectacular breakthrough.

Total revenue over the past 5 years reached over 9,194 billion VND, an average growth of 11.6%/year, average profit of 117.2 billion VND/year - the highest level in the history of the Company. Employee income increased by 37.8%, reaching nearly 10 million VND/month in 2024. The company not only ensures jobs, but also takes care of the material and spiritual life of more than 4,000 employees with humane and practical policies.

“We identify: The health and well-being of employees is the foundation for sustainable development,” said Party Secretary and Deputy General Director of the Company, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hau.

Not only responding well to the epidemic, the Company also effectively implemented F0 support programs, took care of Tet, organized hundreds of "charity trips", conducted periodic health check-ups and established a breast milk storage room for female employees with young children.

The highlight of the past term was the core role of the Company's Party Committee - which gathered 15 Party cells and nearly 250 Party members, always pioneering in all political , production, business and corporate culture building tasks.

The Party Committee has organized the study and fully grasped the Central Committee's directives and resolutions, seriously implemented Directive 05 on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, combined with annual assessment and commitment to personal training. Inspection and supervision work has been carried out strictly and transparently, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations.

Notably, despite being affected by the pandemic, the Company still recruited 49 new party members, appointed 43 managers, and synchronously deployed training courses on skills, political theory, and expertise for young staff - a solid foundation for succession and development.

Firmly entering the new term

Keeping up with the global trend of green development and digitalization, Hue Textile and Garment has proactively invested hundreds of billions of VND in green production projects, built smart garment factories, deployed ERP software, established an Information Technology department and gradually applied artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, and robots in the production line. A rooftop solar power project worth nearly VND38 billion will also be implemented in 2025, contributing to reducing emissions and increasing sustainability.

Under the direction of the Party Committee, digital transformation does not stop at technology but also changes the management model - from tools for analyzing production and business activities (SXKD) using artificial intelligence, 3D design to building human resource training centers suitable for new technology. This is a preparation step for the goal that by 2030, 100% of production and business operations will be comprehensively digitally transformed.

With 5 consecutive years of being honored as "Enterprise for workers", the Company's Trade Union received the Excellent Emulation Flag from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Hue Textile is not only a workplace, but also a big "home", where everyone is respected, developed and dedicated.

Emulation movements to improve techniques, build corporate culture, organize sports, cultural activities, and sightseeing tours have contributed to improving the spiritual life and arousing the pride of workers. Activities of the Youth Union, Veterans Association, and mass organizations have been maintained strongly, becoming the core force to spread humanistic values ​​throughout the Company.

The 15th Congress of the Party Committee of Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company, term 2025 - 2030, determined the motto of action: "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee; innovation - creativity - sustainability for the development of Hue textile and garment". The targets set are breakthroughs, such as, revenue growth of 5 - 6%/year; comprehensive digital transformation; strongly developing FOB and ODM orders; increasing the proportion of exports to the EU and Japanese markets and building the Company's sportswear brand...

Along with that is the political determination in building a clean and strong Party organization in all aspects, focusing on inspection, supervision, and development of Party members, performing well in mass mobilization work, promoting the role of mass organizations and continuing to innovate leadership methods suitable for the modern business model.

“Tradition is the root, innovation is the path, solidarity is the strength” - that slogan not only shows the aspiration to rise, but also the strong commitment of all cadres, party members and textile workers in Hue in the journey to continue writing golden pages of history for a sustainable brand in the new era - the era of national growth.
