Logistics and Supply Chain Management has the highest early admission score at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics.

On June 20, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics announced the admission scores for three early admission methods including considering excellent students, learning results according to subject groups (transcripts) and based on the Ho Chi Minh City National University's capacity assessment exam scores.

Accordingly, the benchmark scores of 51 training programs in Ho Chi Minh City range from 47-77 for the method of considering excellent students and academic records; 800-985 for the method of assessing capacity. Logistics and supply chain management has the highest benchmark score in all three methods.

For admission of excellent students, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics considers the average score of 5 semesters with some optional criteria (international English certificate equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher, provincial excellent student award, students of specialized/gifted schools). The maximum score is 100.

With the method of considering transcripts by subject combination, the admission score is the average score of the admission combination of 5 high school semesters with the same criteria as above, with a maximum of 100 points. With the method of using test scores to assess capacity, the admission score is equal to the test score. The maximum is 1,200.

For Vinh Long campus, the benchmark score for the method of considering excellent students is 48 in all training programs, and the subject combination is 40. For the method of considering according to the capacity assessment score, the benchmark score ranges from 550-600 depending on the major.

The school notes that this is the benchmark for early admission methods. To be officially admitted, candidates must register their admission wishes on the Ministry of Education and Training's admission portal from July 10 to July 30.

This year, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) will enroll 7,650 students for its Ho Chi Minh City campus and 600 for its Vinh Long campus. In addition to the three methods above, the school also considers direct admission, considers candidates who have graduated from foreign high school programs and have international certificates, and considers high school graduation exam scores.

Last year, the benchmark score based on UEH's graduation exam scores ranged from 23.6 to 27.8 at the Ho Chi Minh City campus and 16 to 17 at the Vinh Long campus.
