On the evening of July 22, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy announced the threshold to ensure input quality for regular university admission in 2025, as well as detailed information on enrollment targets and expected tuition fees.
The minimum score for admission to Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy ranges from 17 to 20.5 points.

Accordingly, the minimum admission score is 17 and the highest is 20.5 points. Of the 12 admission majors, the major with the highest minimum score is medicine and dentistry, both at 20.5; followed by traditional medicine and pharmacy with 19 points. There are 8 majors with the lowest minimum score (17 points), including: preventive medicine, biomedical engineering, nutrition, nursing, midwifery, public health , medical laboratory technology, and medical imaging technology.
In 2025, the school will enroll a total of 2,750 students, of which 2,325 will be for the regular university system and 390 will be for the regular bridging system. The medical field continues to lead in terms of quantity with 1,000 students, not to mention 130 students for the English-taught program. The dental and pharmaceutical fields have 175 and 200 students, respectively.
Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy also announced the expected tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year. Accordingly, the regular university system ranges from 44.4 million VND to more than 63 million VND/school year (depending on the major). The majors with the highest tuition fees are medicine, dentistry and pharmacy. The lowest tuition fees belong to majors such as medical imaging technology, midwifery, public health and nutrition.
