Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training said that the man who was "intimate" with many women was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of To Hien Thanh High School, and did not teach at the school.

On the afternoon of November 10, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province said that the unit had grasped the information and coordinated with relevant agencies to verify and clarify the incident.

The school reported that there was no one named 'Mr. Dat' as some information spread on the internet. "Any issue that falls under the authority of the education sector, we will handle. If it is beyond the management scope of the sector, the authorities will continue to clarify ," said the Deputy Director of the Department.

Previously, since the afternoon of November 9, social networks have been spreading many images and videos recording the scene of a man, believed to be the leader of a private high school, having inappropriate gestures in the office. The incident has caused public opinion to raise big questions about the responsibility and image of the head of the educational institution and affects the reputation of the school.

According to the time on the clip, the incident took place in late 2024 and early 2025.

Under the post, most netizens expressed outrage. Many people said that if the clip was real, this was an offensive act, affecting the image of teachers and the teaching environment.

The private high school is identified as To Hien Thanh High School (formerly Hai Hau Private High School) - one of the oldest non-public educational institutions in Ninh Binh province. The school was established by decision of the Provincial People's Committee in 1995, exactly 30 years.

Ninh Binh province authorities are continuing to clarify the identity of the man in the clip, as well as the origin of the video, to handle it according to regulations.
