| The people of Phang 2 hamlet participated in drafting the village regulations and customs. |
As one of the exemplary hamlets in Vo Tranh commune in implementing the "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life" movement, Phang 2 hamlet has implemented the movement systematically and effectively, harnessing the strength of the entire population in economic , cultural, and social development. As a result, the rural landscape of Vo Tranh in general and Phang 2 in particular has changed rapidly, significantly, and become more civilized.
Mr. Tran Van Nham, Party Branch Secretary, shared: "A few years ago, Phang 2 hamlet was known to the local people for its many difficulties in terms of infrastructure and material living conditions. But with the attention of the government and the consensus of the people, the hamlet has taken advantage of state support funds and leveraged the internal resources of the people to focus on building infrastructure, thanks to which the appearance of the hamlet is changing day by day."
Along the main roads of the hamlet, the image of renewal is evident. Residents enthusiastically talk about the movement to build a cultured way of life in conjunction with the construction of new rural areas.
Most notably, the movement to donate land for road construction stands out: Two new roads were widened thanks to the contribution of thousands of square meters of land by local residents. People named the roads after the households at the beginning and end of each route, such as the Vy Van Giap - Hau Van Vuong route and the Tran Van Tinh - Hau Van Sinh route. 14 households donated land per route.
Typical examples of land donation for road construction include Mr. Vy Van Can, who donated nearly 800m2 of land; Mr. Lam Minh Duc, who donated over 1,300m2; and Mr. Vy Van Giap, who donated nearly 300m2…
When asked about their willingness to donate land for road construction, the villagers were all enthusiastic, simply saying: "We are a cultured family, knowing how to set aside personal interests to work together for the greater common good. And the road we build will not only benefit us, but also our children and grandchildren in the future."
Ms. Trac Thi Dau, Head of the Elderly Association, added: "The root of the success lies in the effective implementation of the 'All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life' movement in the hamlet."
The movement contributes to strengthening community bonds and neighborly solidarity, while also arousing a sense of responsibility in each citizen, family, and clan in building material and spiritual life, fostering beautiful sentiments, and thereby creating a civilized lifestyle and a more compassionate and loving-kind heart.
The village of Pháng 2 has changed significantly: transportation is convenient, and stilt houses and brick houses have sprung up close together. Mr. Vy Văn Nho, the village head, said: The main sources of income for the people are tea cultivation, rice farming, forestry, and small-scale livestock raising. Notably, Mr. Dương Văn Tùng's household has invested in goat farming, maintaining a herd of 200 to 300 goats; Mr. Lý Văn Hiếu's household has invested in pigeon farming, maintaining a flock of 1,300 pigeons. Due to the limited amount of arable land, many laborers in the village have left farming but not their hometown. They send their wages back to their families to support their lives.

| Thanks to tea production, many households in Pháng 2 hamlet have escaped poverty and stabilized their lives. |
Currently, nearly 40 people from the hamlet work as factory workers in industrial zones within the province; more than 30 people work abroad under labor contracts and send money back to their families every month. Thanks to these additional sources of income, the lives of the people have improved and been enhanced. By 2025, the average income is expected to reach 45 million VND per person.
Also in this year, the hamlet had 2 households escape poverty. The remaining 2 poor households, with their special circumstances, regularly receive help from their neighbors. The spirit of solidarity and striving for improvement is what helps the hamlet maintain 100% of households registered as culturally exemplary families, with 168 households (99%) achieving this status.
The "National Unity for Building a Culturally Rich Life" movement in Phang 2 hamlet is increasingly spreading and permeating the awareness of each family and clan. People enthusiastically participate in building a green, clean, and beautiful environment; supporting each other in economic development and maintaining security and order; and cultural, artistic, and sports activities are becoming more vibrant, contributing to improving the material and spiritual lives of the people.
