After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, the awareness and responsibility of Party committees, cadres and Party members have clearly changed. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and Party cells have been enhanced; cadres and Party members, especially leading cadres at all levels, have promoted their vanguard, exemplary and leading roles in words and actions, have a steadfast political stance, and have raised the awareness of studying and following Uncle Ho; actively fought against corruption, waste, bureaucracy and negative manifestations.
