Drill on handling terrorist attacks and assassinations of heads of state

Major General Pham Tien Cuong requested that after the drill, the Department of Protection for Special Important Events and International Visitors continue to research and perfect plans to handle professional situations, contributing to ensuring absolute security and safety for international delegations visiting and working in Vietnam, and especially important events organized by the Party and State, first of all the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.
