In the US, Samsung is offering a $50 discount (VND1.3 million) for pre-orders starting this week. However, the company has not yet announced information about the sale date or S25 Edge pre-order programs in Vietnam.

Samsung also showed significant engineering effort to create a device that offers top performance in a light and portable body, confidently calling its new phone an "engineering wonder".

This launch event, Galaxy S25 Edge will focus on impressive thinness and powerful AI technology.

The specs on the S25 Edge have not been announced, except that it will have a 200-megapixel wide-angle camera, a vapor chamber, a suite of Galaxy AI features, and a slim design.

According to previous rumors, the Galaxy S25 Edge phone model is 6.4 mm thick, which is considered much thinner than the Galaxy S25 version with a thickness of 7.2 mm.

The launch in early May also shows that the Korean phone company is somewhat quick, wanting to cover the market before Apple launches an ultra-thin smartphone called iPhone 17 Air‌, expected to hit the market in September.
