According to the report on the coordination of construction and preparation for the protection of the nomination dossier for the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son - Kiep Bac Monuments and Landscape Complex to submit to UNESCO for recognition as a World Heritage Site by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong, after receiving the direction of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; opinions of ICOMOS experts; domestic experts and scientists , the dossier consulting unit has supplemented, edited and completed the report to supplement information of the nomination dossier.

Accordingly, 8 component relic sites (located in Quang Ninh province) will be removed from the nominated heritage site, including: An Sinh temple, Thai Lang, Bi Thuong pagoda, Suoi Tam pagoda, Cam Thuc pagoda, Ho Thien pagoda, Dong Van Muoi stake field, Dong Ma Ngua stake field.

The relic sites in the two provinces of Hai Duong and Bac Giang in the dossier are kept intact.

The reason is that the above relics have characteristics, properties, contents, and purposes of use similar to the remaining relics in the dossier such as: An Sinh and Thai Lang temples are similar to Thai Mieu; Ho Thien pagoda has a purpose of use similar to Vinh Nghiem, Thanh Mai, Con Son pagodas...

Some relics have locations and characteristics that pose challenges for conservation and management, such as: Dong Van Muoi and Dong Ma Ngua stake fields located in people's gardens and ponds; Bi Thuong, Suoi Tam, and Cam Thuc pagodas are small in scale, located outside Yen Tu National Forest, near large cities, etc.

Quang Ninh province has 5 sites: Thai Mieu, Lan pagoda, Hoa Yen pagoda, Ngoa Van pagoda, Yen Giang stake field. Bac Giang province has 2 sites: Vinh Nghiem pagoda (Yen Dung district), Bo Da pagoda (Viet Yen district).
