Investigation into the death of two people after a collision in Ca Mau

(NLDO) – Police are investigating the cause of the accident on the West sea dike that killed two people.

On February 16, news from the People's Committee of Khanh Binh Tay commune, Tran Van Thoi district, Ca Mau province said that a traffic accident had just occurred in the area, killing two people.

According to initial information, at around 5:00 p.m. on February 15, a zinc truck with license plate number 69C-03… driven by Mr. NVH (born in 1986; residing in Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province) was traveling on the West sea dike route in the direction of Hon Da Bac - Song Doc.

The vehicle then collided with a motorbike with license plate number 69AD-01… going in the opposite direction. The collision killed two people on the motorbike, Mr. NVN (born in 1970; residing in Tran Van Thoi district) and Mr. HVD (born in 1960; residing in Cai Nuoc district, Ca Mau province).

Upon receiving the information, Khanh Binh Tay Commune Police arrived to protect the scene and coordinate with relevant units to investigate the cause of the accident.
