DigiNext announces to stop providing telecommunications services

VTV.vn - To perfect the organization, restructure the business, orient the strategy and plan for the new phase of business, DigiNext announced to stop the telecommunications service business.

The Licenses granted include: License to Establish Public Telecommunications Network No. 230/GP-CVT issued on July 16, 2024 and License to Provide Telecommunications Services No. 231/GP-CVT dated July 16, 2024. Details of the following services:

1. VoIP switchboard service: For switchboard service, we have stopped providing service since November 1, 2025

2. Business Voice Service:

DigiNext stops providing fixed numbers 688, 868, 898, 540; Customer care service, numbers 1800, 1900. Service stoppage time from December 31, 2025

Information on the suspension of telecommunications services is posted on DigiNext's website. The settlement and guarantee of the rights of customers and partners will be carried out in accordance with the terms of the agreement signed by both parties (customers and DigiNext) after the suspension of service provision. At the same time, DigiNext commits to comply with and comply with the provisions of current laws.
