Provincial Party delegation gives gifts to sick children

(QBĐT) - On the afternoon of June 1, the Provincial Party Committee's delegation coordinated with local sponsors to present gifts to disadvantaged children being treated at the Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Hospital in Dong Hoi, on the occasion of International Children's Day, June 1.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and sponsors presented gifts to sick children at the hall of the Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Hospital in Dong Hoi.

Here, the delegation presented 130 gifts with a total value of nearly 18 million VND to disadvantaged children being treated at the Pediatrics Department, Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Hospital Dong Hoi.

The grassroots youth unions under the Provincial Party Committee presented gifts to sick children on the occasion of International Children's Day, June 1.

This is a practical annual activity with profound humanitarian significance of the Youth Union of the provincial Party agencies. Through this activity, it aims to promote the spirit of volunteering for the community of union members and young people. Thereby, contributing to taking care of and encouraging the spirit of sick children so that they have more determination to overcome the pain of illness and quickly recover their health.
