During the voyage, the delegation visited the following islands, island points and platforms: Son Ca, Da Thi, Sinh Ton Dong, Len Dao, Toc Tan A, Phan Vinh A, Da Dong B, Truong Sa Dong, Da Tay A, Da Lat and Platform DK1/12.
At the places the delegation visited, the delegation listened to the unit commanders report on the implementation of political tasks of officers and soldiers in the past time; presented gifts and encouraged officers and soldiers working on the island. In particular, the delegation of the National Defense Trade Union presented many practical gifts, demonstrating the concern and care for the military rear of the trade union organization for officers and soldiers performing tasks on the Truong Sa archipelago in particular and for officers and soldiers of the entire army in general.

On this occasion, the delegation visited, encouraged, and presented practical and meaningful gifts to 4 trade union groups and 12 trade union members who are doctors and nurses working at the infirmaries on the 4 islands of Son Ca, Sinh Ton Dong, Phan Vinh A and Da Tay A; and presented gifts to students on Da Tay A island.
According to Colonel Tran Thi Thu Hien, Deputy Head of the National Defense Trade Union, the voyage to Truong Sa is one of the meaningful and practical activities of the cadres and union members of the entire army towards celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 / April 30, 2025); and is also an activity to kick off the Workers' Month in 2025. Through the activity, it aims to show the deep concern and sharing of the rear for the cadres, soldiers and people in the Truong Sa archipelago and DK1 Platform.
