Delegation of Lao People's Revolutionary Party officials on a fact-finding tour in Quang Ninh

On November 13 , the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department worked with the delegation of students from the Lao People's Revolutionary Party's Propaganda and Inspection Training Class to conduct field research in Quang Ninh . Attending the meeting was comrade Nguyen Hong Duong, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Speaking at the working session, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department emphasized: Determining that ideological work plays a particularly important role in all activities of the Party, over the years, the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee has always attached importance to and closely linked ideological work with the implementation of socio -economic, defense, security, and foreign affairs tasks, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong Party Committee and developing the province's socio-economy. The Provincial Party Committee pays special attention to and focuses on theoretical research, applying the Party's and State's guidelines, policies, and guidelines to the specific conditions of each locality. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has proactively carried out propaganda, orientation, and handling of press information; promptly grasped and oriented public opinion; and directed the effective implementation of information, propaganda, foreign information, cultural and artistic activities. At the same time, promote the role in the work of fighting and refuting false and hostile viewpoints and information, protecting the Party's ideological foundation; the work of grasping and orienting public opinion must be proactive and timely in informing the province's policies and directions to create unity within the Party, consensus in society, and promote the strength of great national unity.

Along with ideological and propaganda work, the Party Committee of Quang Ninh province has also focused on innovating and improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of Party inspection and supervision work. Thereby, promptly detecting and strictly handling violating cadres and Party members, contributing to maintaining discipline and order in the Party, creating solidarity and unity within the Party committees of agencies, units and localities.

At the meeting, delegates discussed and exchanged information related to the organization and operation of propaganda work to make it a task for the whole society, especially education work, grasping the ideology of party members, orienting public opinion, fighting against bad and toxic information on social networks; sharing some experiences in verifying asset declarations, inspecting party finances, coordinating between the Party's inspection work and the State Inspectorate in performing tasks...

Representatives of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party's Propaganda and Inspection Training Class highly appreciated the ideological work, propaganda, inspection and discipline supervision of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, which have contributed significantly to the impressive achievements in socio-economic development over the past years. The information on propaganda, inspection and discipline supervision shared at the working session will be important documents and lessons for the trainees who are cadres of the Lao Party's propaganda, inspection and discipline supervision sector to continue to study and filter and apply to practical tasks.
