On the afternoon of April 25, a working delegation of the United Nations Development Program led by Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Chu Hoi - Head of the National Steering Committee for the Program to finance small projects, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Fisheries Association, worked with the People's Committee of Nha Trang City on maintaining and expanding the project model in Bich Dam (Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang City) and prospects for cooperation in the coming time.

In particular, supporting Bich Dam to restore intangible cultural values, traditional occupations; supporting activities to complete the functional zoning of Nha Trang Bay; helping centers and research institutes in implementing plans, projects, solutions, and policy proposals to restore and develop Nha Trang Bay according to plan.
