Sharing with members of the Quang Tri province working delegation, Vice Chairman of Cam Xuyen District People's Committee Le Ngoc Ha said: After more than 12 years of implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, up to now, Cam Xuyen district has 21/21 communes meeting the New Rural Standards, 3 communes meeting the Advanced New Rural Standards, 2 model New Rural Communes (1 commune achieving outstanding model status in education and 1 model commune outstanding model status in the environmental field), 140 villages meeting the standards of model New Rural Residential Areas; Cam Xuyen district achieved New Rural Standards in 2021; currently striving for the district to achieve Advanced New Rural Standards by 2025.
