Provincial delegation visited and presented gifts to policy families in Tan Uyen City

(BDO) On the morning of April 21, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the provincial delegation led by Mr. Bui Minh Tri, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and presented gifts to policy families in Tan Uyen City. Accompanying the delegation were leaders of Tan Uyen City and related departments and branches.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Bui Thi Da (Khanh Loc Quarter, Tan Phuoc Khanh Ward), Mr. Bui Ngoc Thanh (former Political Commissar of Phu Loi Battalion 3, residing in Khanh Hoi Quarter, Tan Phuoc Khanh Ward).

At each place he visited, Mr. Bui Minh Tri kindly asked about the health and encouraged the families to continue promoting the revolutionary tradition, and encouraged their children and grandchildren to strive to practice and study to contribute to building their homeland to become more and more prosperous.

On this occasion, the provincial delegation also attended the house handover ceremony for Mrs. Tran Thi Ly (wife of martyr Do Ngoc Anh, residing in Tan Vinh Hiep ward, Tan Uyen city). This is a project implemented according to the plan of the Steering Committee for the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province. The house was repaired with a budget of 55 million VND from the budget of Tan Uyen city and Tan Vinh Hiep ward. At the ceremony, the Provincial Red Cross Society and other units and localities also presented congratulatory gifts to Mrs. Tran Thi Ly.
