On the morning of December 17th, the delegation of the Party Committee and Government of Hua Phan Province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, laid wreaths at the Ho Chi Minh Monument Park. This was one of the first activities of the delegation during their visit, work, and experience-sharing trip to Ho Chi Minh City.

The delegation was led by Comrade Bounvixay Kongpaly, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Government Committee of Hua Phan Province. The wreath-laying ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere, expressing profound respect for President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of the Vietnamese nation. At the same time, the event also demonstrated the special solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Laos.

At the Ho Chi Minh Monument Park, delegates respectfully laid flowers and observed a minute of silence to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh's immense contributions to the Vietnamese national liberation cause and his important role in fostering the traditional friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Laos.

According to the plan, the visit and working program of the delegation from Hua Phan province to Ho Chi Minh City will take place from December 16 to 20, 2025. The trip aims to strengthen the exchange and learning of experiences in management, socio-economic development, government building, and human resource training for the locality in the coming period.
