Regulations on scientific journals should be abolished; it is necessary to clarify and strictly regulate enterprises with the capacity to research, develop and transfer technology to commercialize research results...

Participating in giving opinions on the draft Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality, the National Assembly Deputies highly agreed on the necessity of promulgating the draft law; at the same time, giving opinions and supplementing a number of contents to ensure that the law is built tightly and closely following reality to facilitate the implementation process when the law is promulgated and takes effect.

Participating in giving opinions on the draft Law on Atomic Energy (amended), the National Assembly deputies basically agreed with the amendment of the draft law. At the same time, they said that the amendment of the draft law aims to promptly institutionalize the Party's policy on innovation and perfecting the law-making process; contributing to speeding up the progress, improving the quality of building and promulgating legal documents, perfecting institutions to meet the requirements of national construction and development in the new period.
