Korean tech firms seek to attract Vietnamese talent

To nurture talents, the R&D Center has signed agreements with Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Vietnam National University, Hanoi to recruit graduates and train them into professional programmers.

Injungbo Company, a Korean company specializing in digital forensics and cyber security, has opened a research and development (R&D) center in Hanoi.

The establishment of this research and development center is part of the company's global expansion strategy to attract and nurture key overseas science and technology talents and support their settlement in Korea in the future, according to a company announcement from a VNA correspondent in Seoul.

To achieve this goal, Injungbo Company plans to sign agreements with leading universities in Vietnam such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi National University and recruit graduates to train these talents to become professional programmers.

Injungbo has several internal product teams, including “IJB eDiscovery,” an artificial intelligence (AI)-based electronic information management solution, and the Vietnam R&D center will be primarily responsible for future product development and improvement.

Injungbo company leaders said attracting foreign talent is now a must, not an option.

The company will make every effort to enhance global competitiveness through active support programs and systematic training for Vietnamese talents who have demonstrated excellent capabilities at Korean companies./.
