Hai Phong shines on rehearsal night of 70th Liberation Day celebration

The special art program " Hai Phong - 70 years of faith and aspiration to rise up", opening the Red Flamboyant Festival - Hai Phong 2025, was elaborately staged with high artistic quality, bringing a modern and youthful breath, affirming a dynamic Hai Phong, rich in cultural identity. The highlight of the program is the 3D Mapping, Lazer Mapping performance technology, a maximum sound system suitable for the live stage and modern, multi-colored lighting effects.

The songs performed in the program all have a strong historical imprint, such as: "Red Flamboyant City", "Marching to Thanh To", "Hai Phong Takes Off to Fly Up",... with the participation of a series of famous artists.

In particular, on the official night of May 13, Hai Phong organized for the first time a simultaneous fireworks display at 6 locations, creating an unprecedentedly magnificent and brilliant light show that was broadcast live on an LED screen system with modern sound.

The 70th anniversary of Hai Phong's liberation promises to bring a lively, modern and proud art space, affirming the heroic port city's strong aspirations to rise!

Earlier in the morning of the same day, at Hai Phong City Theater Square, a parade and parade to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025) also took place.

This time, the parade and review program was large-scale with 42 parade groups. Of which, there were 4 groups carrying the Party flag, the national flag, the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh and the red flag. Next were 17 armed forces groups chaired by the City Military Command, including units of the People's Army, People's Police, Coast Guard, Militia and Self-Defense Force... and 21 mass parade groups with the participation of all classes of people, workers, farmers, soldiers, intellectuals, students, artists, digital transformation groups, science and technology, typical enterprises, mass organizations and many other industries.

The parade blocks moved in turn along the route Tran Hung Dao - City Theater Square - Quang Trung - Statue of General Le Chan - Nguyen Duc Canh - Tran Phu, amid heroic music and the cheers and joy of tens of thousands of people and tourists from all over.

The program ended in a joyful, proud and emotional atmosphere with the song "As if Uncle Ho were here on the great victory day" resounding in the middle of the Theater Square, mingling with the applause and singing of thousands of people of the heroic city./.
