Submit for approval of Dong Nai riverside route planning in June 2025

The content is in Document No. 6481/UBND-THNC dated May 27, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing key tasks and solutions to complete the Dong Nai Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

Also according to this document, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with localities to focus on the work of general urban planning and zoning planning to submit to competent authorities for approval in June 2025.

Dong Nai Industrial Parks Management Board presided over and coordinated with the Department of Construction and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee to approve the zoning plan of 5 industrial parks approved by the Prime Minister , including: Bau Can - Tan Hiep, Xuan Que - Song Nhan, Phuoc Binh 2, Long Duc 2, Long Duc 3.

These plans must be completed in June 2025 to serve as a basis for implementing land allocation procedures in the third quarter of 2025, creating conditions for completing infrastructure and attracting investment. Along with that, the Dong Nai Industrial Parks Management Board and the Department of Science and Technology will advise the Provincial People's Committee to complete the dossier for establishing a high-tech park and a concentrated information technology park, to be completed in June 2025.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to report and explain additional contents on procedures for adjusting the Dong Nai Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 according to the Prime Minister's direction and the conclusion announcement of the Government Office.

Along with that, advise the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, after the project to merge Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces is approved by competent authorities.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment provides specific guidance on land for projects in industrial parks and clusters; golf courses; rural residential areas; urban areas; logistics centers; hotels, university education areas, racing tracks, etc. Localities urgently coordinate with consulting units to complete the signing and approval of development plans and the organization of economic and social development spaces, economic and social infrastructure in the area chaired by the locality and sent to the Department of Finance before June 4, 2025.
