The Chieu Trung Dai Vuong Le Khoi Temple Festival in 2025 will take place over 3 days (from May 27 to May 29), jointly organized by Ha Tinh City and Thach Ha District (Ha Tinh Province).
From early morning, thousands of locals and tourists joined the procession with palanquins, flowers and offerings led by elders. The procession started from many directions, traveling by both land and sea to the main temple of Chieu Trung Dai Vuong Le Khoi on Long Ngam mountain.
Recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2017, the Chieu Trung Dai Vuong Le Khoi Temple Festival has existed for hundreds of years and has become a lifestyle, a unique spiritual and cultural beauty, closely associated with the people in the coastal communes of Ha Tinh city and Thach Ha district.
The festival aims to express deep remembrance and gratitude to Chieu Trung Dai Vuong Le Khoi, a talented general and national hero who made great contributions in helping the king defeat the enemy, protecting the people, pacifying the people, and developing the country...
Through the festival, people pray for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather, good crops, favorable business, and a full boatload of fish and shrimp on every trip. This is also an opportunity for Ha Tinh to promote and introduce its tourism development potential.
