More than 500 points of connection to spread AI learning to young people

(PLVN) - More than 500 online bridges, with thousands of officials and members participating, are expected to train 2 million Vietnamese youths in safe and effective AI skills in 2025 - 2026, at least 500,000 "popularized" in the first year. On May 29, in Hanoi, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union in collaboration with the Global Network of Young Vietnamese Intellectuals and partners and businesses officially launched the AI ​​Popular Training Program - Training on AI skills for Youth Union and Association officials. This is the largest-ever AI knowledge and skills training program for Vietnamese youth, with more than 500 connecting points and the participation of tens of thousands of Youth Union officials at all levels. The program is a highlight activity in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science , technology, innovation and national digital transformation, along with breakthroughs in digital transformation and digital capacity for Vietnamese youth.

The program aims to meet the country's need for high-quality human resources.

This training course focuses on the group of Youth Union and Association officials at all levels, the core force in leading the youth movement to apply technology. The content is designed to be practical, concise, and easy to access, including: Prompting skills to communicate with GenAI such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI applications in data analysis, planning, document drafting, work reporting, Using AI safely and responsibly, Practicing on the phocap.ai platform with a free AI Pro account. After completing the test and the harvest, students will be granted an electronic certificate from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

In the next phase, Universal AI will continue to coordinate with agencies and departments to develop specialized AI skills training programs for each occupational group, meeting the need to develop high-quality human resources for the country.

Popularizing AI - Initiated by the Global Network of Young Vietnamese Intellectuals

Inspired by the “popular education” movement in the early years of the country’s founding, the “Popular AI Education” program is an effort to modernize the popularization of AI knowledge among citizens in the new era. This is part of an initiative initiated by the Global Network of Young Vietnamese Intellectuals, aiming to provide free training to 2 million Vietnamese youth in the 2025-2026 period, of which at least 500,000 will complete the program in the first year.

The AI ​​Popularization Program is specifically designed for union members, youth, students, and pupils with a training roadmap from basic to advanced, focusing on practical skills and AI application in study, work, and work. In particular, the program is completely free and can be studied online 24/7 on phocap.ai, to create conditions for all Vietnamese youth to access AI easily, regardless of region, economic conditions, and time.
