Viettel Dak Nong Branch is a unit that fulfills its tax obligations well. According to Mr. Tran Van Thanh, Director of Viettel Dak Nong Branch, the unit's biggest difficulty is that in recent years, traditional sales channels have gradually narrowed.
This affects the quality of subscribers and revenue. In order to strive to complete the plan, the branch switched from traditional sales to online digital service sales.
Instead of distributing leaflets and looking for customers in densely populated areas to contact directly, Viettel has promoted communication on social networks. Through channels such as Zalo, Facebook; Fanpage, customers can see each service, from there, order by phone or on websites.
“We will quickly process for customers right on the computer system. This form not only saves time but also gives customers the initiative in using the service,” said Mr. Thanh.
With many solutions implemented, the unit always complies with tax laws and policies, declares, calculates and pays taxes on time. On average, the unit contributes over 20 billion VND to the State budget each year.
Tay Nguyen Forest Industry Company Limited, Cu Jut District has also been paying taxes well for many years. The main business of the company is the production of water tanks and other types of liquid containers.
Like many other businesses, in recent years, the unit has been affected by the general economy , with many difficulties in production and business. For example, in 2024, the unit's revenue decreased by about 30% compared to previous years.
Faced with such difficulties, businesses seek to increase product value, expand markets, and diversify products to maintain revenue.
According to Ms. Phan Nu Huong Lam, Tay Nguyen Forest Industry Company Limited, the company constantly improves product quality to meet the increasing needs and conveniences of customers.
The company regularly expands its relationships with partners to increase its market reach and seek new partners. Since its establishment, along with its business activities, the company has fulfilled its tax obligations well.
Every year, the company declares taxes honestly, pays all taxes correctly and on time. In the first 9 months of 2024 alone, the company paid about 4.5 billion VND in taxes to the state budget.
"During the operation process, the most favorable thing is the tax exemption and reduction policy that the tax authority promptly supports businesses. This is a great support for us to feel secure in production, create jobs for workers and fully pay the budget," Ms. Phan Nu Huong Lam shared.
In the period of 2021 - 2024, enterprises in Dak Nong contributed more than 1,000 billion VND to the budget. This includes value added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax, etc.

According to the Dak Nong Provincial Tax Department, every year, the Dak Nong Tax sector always promptly honors individuals and units that fulfill their tax obligations well.
Through this activity, the whole industry has spread many typical examples in the process of business activities and contributions to the State budget.
The Tax sector has implemented many solutions to support taxpayers, especially businesses. In particular, tax administrative reform is a solution promoted by the whole sector. All stages from tax declaration, payment to tax settlement and refund are done electronically.
Currently, most of the steps to fulfill tax obligations are carried out by taxpayers, especially businesses, using this method. Thanks to that, businesses save a lot of time and related costs.
Tax inspection and examination work is gradually carried out by the Tax sector in an in-depth manner. Every year, the whole sector develops an inspection and examination plan using the method of applying risk analysis software, in order to save time for taxpayers.
Tax authorities select the right subjects for inspection and examination to avoid overlap between state management agencies.
