Japanese enterprise awards over 340 million VND in scholarships to Da Nang students

Accordingly, 36 scholarships were awarded to excellent students to participate in a 1-year internship program and officially work in Japan.

The 2025 Japan Job Fair of Dong A University was held right before the Graduation Ceremony, contributing to expanding the scale of international employment for students of all majors in addition to the vibrant job network at domestic affiliated enterprises.

In his opening speech, Mr. Mori Takero, Consul General of Japan in Da Nang city, stated that Dong A University is a typical excellent university in the central region of Vietnam and has achieved many achievements.

The school has a very deep relationship with Japan, not only in the academic field but also through internship and employment programs in Japan. Many of the school's students have gone to Japan and are actively working there.

The fair attracted more than 20 Japanese partners, of which 15 Japanese enterprises participated in direct and online recruitment with 523 recruitment positions for students in various fields. In addition, 6 new cooperation agreements in the fields of medicine, training, internship programs and working in Japan for students were officially signed.

In which, Dong A University and the joint venture between Sun Wellbening Company - Mikazuki Hotel Joint Stock Company - Mediva Company signed, which is the premise for the establishment and operation of a Japanese standard clinic project. The project is expected to be built on an area of ​​about 1,000m2 , located on the first floor of the new Mikazuki Da Nang building, with a total expected investment capital of 500 million yen (equivalent to more than 90 billion VND).

In the strategic market of Japan alone, up to now, more than 800 students of the school's majors have been and are human resources directly working in the fields of production, tourism , services, health care, etc.

Many of the students returning from internships and work in Japan are now key personnel at Vietnamese enterprises and Japanese enterprises investing in Vietnam.

On this occasion, Japanese partners have awarded more than 340 million VND in scholarships to Da Nang students. Accordingly, 36 scholarships will be awarded to outstanding students to participate in a 1-year internship program and officially work at partners such as Aijinkai Social Medical Group, Asai, Care Partner, Sun Frontier, etc. in 2025 and 2026.

It is known that the Japanese Business Scholarship Fund for students of Dong A University has been maintained for many years, in which the total value of scholarships awarded is up to billions of VND each year.

At the program, many candidates who are students of various majors participated in exciting recruitment interviews with businesses, thereby seizing opportunities for internships and work in Japan.
