Change and issue driving licenses to people at 8 locations

Kinhtedothi - Khanh Hoa Provincial Police receive applications for testing, exchanging, and reissuing driving licenses at 8 locations in Khanh Hoa province.

On the afternoon of March 3, Lieutenant Colonel Le Thi My Luong - Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department (PC08) of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that from March 1, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police will accept applications for testing, exchanging, and reissuing driving licenses.

Accordingly, in Khanh Hoa province, there are 8 locations to receive and handle the above procedures, including: Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police at 14 Vo Van Ky, Phuong Sai Ward, Nha Trang City; Van Gia Town Police, Van Ninh District; Ninh Hiep Ward Police, Ninh Hoa Town; Dien Khanh Town Police, Dien Khanh District; Cam Duc Town Police, Cam Lam District; Cam Phu Ward Police, Cam Ranh City; Khanh Vinh Town Police, Khanh Vinh District and To Hap Town Police, Khanh Son District.

According to the leader of PC08, the administrative procedures for issuing and exchanging driving licenses will not change when implementing the transfer between the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Public Security . However, organizing many points to receive application documents for testing, exchanging and issuing driving licenses will create the most favorable conditions for people to carry out administrative procedures, saving time and travel distance.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Thi My Luong said that people can carry out procedures for issuing and exchanging driving licenses as usual at direct reception points or through the National Public Service Portal.

Currently, PC08 is continuing to check, organize the operation of the software system and prepare facilities, ensuring that the implementation of tasks is smooth and convenient for the people.

On March 3, PC08 received 33 applications for issuing and exchanging driving licenses for people. Of these, 30 applications were received directly and 3 applications were received on the public service portal. PC08 leaders also encouraged people to proactively carry out procedures through the National Public Service Portal and the VNeID application to save time and costs...

According to records in Nha Trang City, people received enthusiastic support from the authorities, and their applications were processed quickly. Driver's license renewal points were not overloaded.
