Solskjaer's team plans to surprise with Kante

French midfielder N'Golo Kante is planning to return to Europe to play this summer.

According to Fotomac , Turkey's Besiktas are very interested in Kante. Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer highly appreciates the talent and experience of the former Chelsea star, believing that this will be the ideal piece to strengthen Besiktas next season.

Kante's contract with Al Ittihad runs until 2026. However, Foot Mercato revealed that the French midfielder is willing to return to Europe, with Besiktas being a potential destination. Kante is also willing to take a pay cut to return to the old continent, in order to realize the goal of participating in the 2026 World Cup finals.

According to Capology , Kante currently receives a salary of 25 million euros per season before tax at Al Ittihad, a figure too high for Besiktas to afford. The two sides will need to conduct negotiations to find common ground.

In the Saudi Pro League, Kante and his teammates are leading with 61 points after 25 rounds. Al Ittihad is full of chances to win the championship when it is 4 points ahead of the second-placed team, Al Hilal.

Kante's consistent form has attracted attention from many big clubs in Europe, making the race for the midfielder's signature more intense than ever.
